THE FLOWER SUITE
FLORAL DECOR & DESIGN

This package is where it all started. This is for the couple who wants an Event and Floral Designer to create a detailed décor and cohesive feel to all of the elements in your wedding or special event. From managing the invitations to crafting the most exquisite centerpieces, we can create all that you envision.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Unlimited in person, phone and email communication sessions
- Personally created design concept and theme based on your style and taste.
- Coordinating design concept with all vendors
- Oversee the proper execution and set up of all design and décor elements the day of the event
- Arrange all rentals and custom pieces from recommended professionals
PARTIAL WEDDING SUITE

This package is perfect for the couple who has started to plan their wedding but is in need of a professional to help them finish finding the right vendors for their day. This is a budget friendly wedding planning package that allows you hand over the tedious task of scheduling appointments and following up with vendors so you don’t have to do all of the leg work of researching the right professionals yourself.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- All of the same features as our Full Wedding Suite but starting from further along in the planning phase from what you have already accomplished. We would be responsible for most of the Planning but in this case the couple would also do a great amount of the Planning. We recommend this service to couples who want the best of the best, but also would like to save some of their resources by doing a bit of the legwork themselves
SPECIAL EVENT SUITE

This special package caters to all who are looking to plan either an Engagement Party, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, or any celebration with an intimate group of friends and family. Our Special Event Suite will help you find the perfect location and vendors to accommodate your intimate wedding or event of 10-50 guests and yet still have all of the style and luxury details to make it a truly personalized experience.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Initial consultation regarding your planning
- Referral of reputable vendors and advice regarding signing of contracts
- Unlimited email and telephone questions with your planner
- Assistance with preparing an itinerary for the SPECIAL occasion
- Assistance with preparing an itinerary
- Assistance and advice with décor of venue, themes, games, favors, etc.
- Referral of reputable travel agents, hotels, locations, etc.
- Assistance and advice with ideas, locations, gifts for bridal party, etc.
FULL WEDDING SUITE

This package is perfect for the couple who wants a professional Wedding Planner by their side every step of the way to assist with budget management, vendor negotiations and creative design execution. As your wedding planner we will do all the leg work for you, effectively saving you time and money with our professional contacts and expertise in wedding coordination.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Unlimited in person, phone and email communication sessions
- Assist with budget development and management
- Itinerary planning and etiquette guidelines
- Assistance with vendor selection of ceremony, reception venue, music, flowers, transportation, photographer, etc.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT SUITE
(EVENT COORDINATOR)

This package is for the couple that planned it all and wants a professional Day of Wedding Coordinator to manage the timeline and details to ensure the day runs smoothly. With our most popular service, you can rest assured that a professional day of coordinator is overseeing one of the biggest days of your life so you can relax and feel like a guest at your own wedding.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- At least two in person meetings to discuss the wedding day of coordination and review any concerns leading up to the wedding
- Wedding consultant available through phone and e-mail for any coordination questions and concerns
- Review of vendor contacts and timeline
- Creation and distribution of wedding day timeline and itinerary
- Final confirmation with vendors of timeline, directions to ceremony and venue
- Attend and coordinate wedding rehearsal
- Distributing final payments and gratuities to all vendors if needed
- Morning of assistance with hair, make-up, pinning corsages, bridesmaid’s dresses, etc.
- Oversee the proper execution set up of all ceremony and reception details
